Since 2004, Laurence Grigorov has directed residential construction projects at Laurence Martin Developments (LMD) in Johannesburg, South Africa. Through the firm, he recently built a 24-unit penthouse complex with ultra-modern design features throughout the living spaces, roof gardens, and private pools. In addition to constructing properties for his clients, Laurence Grigorov offers land assessment, procurement, and rezoning services.

Earlier in his career, Laurence Grigorov served as an engineer at Unilever, where he leveraged his degree from the University of Witwatersrand to assist with designing automated systems for production plant equipment. He also contributed as a member of the engineering maintenance team.

Away from the office, Mr. Grigorov enjoys an active lifestyle and maintains an exercise regimen of cardio and yoga. He avidly follows professional soccer and rugby and particularly his favorite teams, FC Barcelona and the Lions. An active philanthropist, he regularly donates to theJohannesburg Children’s Home, the National Sea Rescue Institute, the South African National Council for the Blind, and Woodlands Hospice.
